Hello my friends, Spot here!
We are FULL of the joys of Spring, we’re having such wonderful weather here in our World at the moment, though we all know how fickle the weather can be, don’t we? I bet it won’t last, but we’re enjoying it while it does! 🙂
One of the best things about the good weather is that it brings all the bugs out, and it wasn’t only Lula chasing them today – I joined in too! In fact, Lula and I spent a lot of time in the cat garden starting off with breakfast…
But then we thought we’d catch some bugs for breakfast instead!
The bugs seem to be everywhere we look!
Sometimes we get lucky and a birdie flies low over our garden
All that sunshine makes us thirsty, so despite the fact we have a bowl full of clean, crisp water at all times, we prefer to find other places to drink from!
After all that bug hunting, I decided to go indoors for a nice catnap, though Lula stayed outside and had a little rest before getting back to it! 🙂
Well, it’s only March and we have this many bugs to chase already! We think it’s going to be a bumper summer, my friends! 🙂
Take care!
Love from Spot

Lots of fun today in the cat garden! Lucky for that bird that it didn’t land in your part of the yard 🙂
Great pics as always ♥ xx
The birdies never actually come into our garden, June.. I wonder why? ❓ 😯 😈 xxxx
Looks like you both had fun with lots o bugs to chase. Great photos as always as well. x
Thanks, Pauline! We had lots of fun and got lots of great exercise too xxx
I’m so jealousy- it is still cold here in New England and our hoomins will not let us out to play yet. We hear the birds singing so it won’t be long. Great to see you both taking full advantage of the nice days.
Lovely photos!
Nico
Thank you, Nico! The weather has been glorious! Hard to believe that this time last year we had some of the worst snow we’d had in years! 😯 xx
Beautiful pictures :♡
Thanks, Vicky! 😀 xxx
Awww how lovely you two sweet hearts are! Would like to come and watch you chasing the bugs! 😯 You would at least keep them away from me… Right??? 😉 I think so because you are at least a gentleman Spot 😀
I would certainly try my hardest, Betta! xxx
You and Lula have had an amazing time in the garden (and neither of you tried to escape!). Mummy or Daddy took some gorgeous photos as usual. Keep on bug hunting xx ♥ ♥
My mummy took these ones, Edna! Thank you for your kind words 😎 <3 xxx
Beautful weather, beautiful kitties! I just love both of your faces when you are so intent on looking at something! Good luck, bugs! 🙂
Thanks, Carol! The bugs don’t stand a chance 🙂 xx
Great outdoor pics from your Mum, Spot. Lotsa bugs lured out by the warmer weather but glad to know the birdies have learned to avoid your territory.
They never come and visit us, Mavis 🙁 We only want to say hello xx
Hey Spot & all at BCW!
Sule has been enjoying chasing the bugs too, in fact she brought me 2 presents! Two Red Admiral butterflies in the space of an hour 🙄 She’s a clever girl but I wish she’d look but not touch. I don’t know – you felines!!
Enjoy the rest of the week my loves.
Victoria xx
We saw a butterfly today as well, Victoria! 😉 xxx
